Refund Policy
A simple rule you can count on.
Effective October 13, 2026
The rule
We receive your request within 14 calendar days after the initial purchase, and no lesson in that course has been opened.
More than 14 calendar days have passed, or any lesson in that course has been opened—even one.
The 14-calendar-day period begins on the date the initial purchase is completed and includes weekends and holidays. The rule applies separately to each course you buy.
What counts as opening a lesson
A lesson is opened when the learner intentionally enters that lesson in the course. Signing in, activating or recovering an account, looking at the course library, or reading about the course on our public website does not count as opening a lesson.
We use the course activity available to us to review the request. If the activity record is ambiguous, we resolve that ambiguity in the learner’s favor.
How to ask for a refund
Use the Contact page and tell us:
- your name;
- the email address you used to buy; and
- which course you bought.
Your request must reach us within the 14-calendar-day period. We will check the purchase date and course activity and let you know the result.
How you get your money back
An approved full refund goes back to the original payment method used to buy the course. How soon it appears depends on the bank or card company. When a course is refunded, access to that course ends. Any related Certificate of Completion is reviewed and, if necessary, marked void.
What this covers
This policy covers courses you buy on this website. We separately review duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, failure to deliver the purchased course, a material difference between the course delivered and the course described at purchase, and any written exception we approve. Questions about a charge on your statement? Use the Contact page.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law.
