Refund Policy
A simple rule you can count on.
Effective October 11, 2026
The rule
You paid for a course and never took a lesson in it.
You watched a lesson in the course, even just one.
We keep the rule simple so you know exactly where you stand before you buy. It applies to each course you buy.
What counts as taking a lesson
You take a lesson when you watch it. Signing in, looking around your account, or reading about the course on our website is not taking a lesson.
So if you are thinking about a refund, please ask us before you watch your first lesson. Once you watch one, the course can no longer be refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Use the Contact page and tell us:
- your name;
- the email address you used to buy; and
- which course you bought.
We will check your course activity to see whether you have taken a lesson, and let you know.
How you get your money back
A refund goes back to the original payment method you used to buy the course. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card company. When a course is refunded, your access to it ends.
What this covers
This policy covers courses you buy on this website. Questions about a charge on your statement? Use the Contact page.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law.
